John Casimir, by the grace of God, king of Poland, etc. We kindly and faithfully inform all and sundry people who need to know, namely the most reverend, reverends, nobles, dignitaries, officials, starostas, tenants and all the knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, the land of Przemyśl. It was with considerable regret that we heard about the fact that the Wiszyński sejmik, where we and the Republic of Poland deserved a lot, for a less just reason, broke up the obtent, eo solo, that we were not sent to that sejmik on purpose, not considering that the continuato usu practicatum is in the homeland, especially in praegnantibus reipublicae necessitatibus, that when the expedition was taken from our office, the assemblies themselves, as well as the voivodeship, showed kindness and loyalty [to yours] and de medio sui the envoy chose sine ullo praeiudicio of their rights and freedoms. 2. However, so that we do not appear to want to quidquam derogare institutis patriae, consulendo at tem integritati of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, so that the dispendium of freedoms and liberties is not lost by this disruption of the sejmiks, and we strive to ensure that by the repeated disruption of the sejmiks non privetur voce libera at the sejms, then in accordance with the opinion of pp. councils at our side, being kind and faithful [to you], the second sejmik to all three lands together according to the custom and ancient law, i.e. Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok pro die XXIII Februaria in Wisznia loco solito, wishing you kindly and faithfully [n. m.] on the day and place mentioned, they left with a salute publicam prae oculis and, not being seduced by any private interests, they wanted to advise on the effective satisfaction of the army, following our instructions. We order municipal offices to publish this universal information in the usual places for quicker information. For better faith, they ordered us to press the crown seal when signing our hand.
