1. We, the council of dignitaries and all the knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok, know that we like each other according to the universal principles of J. kr. Mci and laudum of the past sejmik1) with the same universal J. kr. Those appointed to us were pro die vigesima quarta Augusti, so that we would obey the will of J. kr. Those who respected the dangers that were about to occur had already arrived at the scene after the described massacre and were keen on all the things that we see about our homeland. As we had already arrived and arrived, what we heard with regret was that there are still many peasant troops in the service of the Polish and foreign nations in the lands of our voivodeship, such as in Przemyśl and Sanok, which, roaming around the countryside, going from village to village, with the last of our subjects and goods destroyed, do not rush to the camp and to the hetman's universals. negligently, they cause incredible damage et sine hoste exercent hostilia, either the dangers are not those that we have information about, or they founded the party without giving them all their credit in destroying our goods and those who cause oppression. Therefore, seeing the obvious danger in our houses, if we were to move at once, because in this way we would leave our houses and substances to them in the first place, to provide for the danger and protection of these houses, we would have to leave the camp for that time. 2. However, since we are sure that the voivode of Kiev, as the great hetman, and for the honor of almost the entire homeland and our voivodeship, leaving out of his duty to summon the banners as quickly as possible, he will also order them to hurry to their camp without any further delay, to stop the destruction and the unheard of devastations that are happening these days, we will therefore strictly order not wanting the dessertere of a beloved homeland disappointed in such great dangers, with brotherly and nobility, we promise each other in words to stand in armis, citizens of all lands, as we already belong, and we have put ourselves in order pro die quarta Septembris at Wisznia, that is, in this direction towards Lviv or Grodek, binding everyone with the love of the falling homeland, the love of our brothers a bond, so that, having put aside all respects and fun, under the faults described in the law on riots, having in mind violent threats and dangers greater than which there can be no greater, he should appear at the time and place mentioned praecise without postponing any further, so that everyone, having left early? home on that day, 4 Septembris indeed appeared with order and equipment suitable for war. 3. And everyone could stand with the lan's hajduk or with the lan's infantry and, in accordance with the laudum of the previous assembly, bring and bring with him all the requirements both for the lan's expedition and for the general uprising. What we will keep to ourselves, as we all adhere to each other brotherly here in the praesentes at this time, we implore all in genere et specie citizens of our province and brothers pari modo, and we beg them, by all rights, freedoms et fortia maiorum facta and above all by the glory of God, all churches and holy altars, to join us in the common defense of our homeland. 4. Finally, declaring that if anyone does not appear at the time and place mentioned and seeks various defects or hides himself from them and goes elsewhere to escape the dangers of our countries, we will understand that such a conflict occurs and that we will not be willing to defend our ancient homeland. 5. Which is our resolution, referring to the laudum of the previous assembly, we once again promise to stand firmly and non diffirre. And so that it becomes known to all citizens of our voivodeship,
