Ciemierzowice, then, in order for Mr. Gorajski, the collector, to accept iuramenta, we declare that, where no iuramenta has been made anno 1658 sub tempore fiscalium iudiciorum, new iuramenta may now be made, and where there are post illa fiscalia iudicia iuramenta made by that time, these are also to be accepted, but more new iuramenta are to be contributed to any properties above the appointed persons cannot incur iuraments, except for the estates of Prosnów and Dubaniowice, in which, although post-juudicia fiscalia iuramenta has taken place, they are free, and for the time being, dukcya propter evidentem desolationem of these estates a). H. Sanok land, making enough of the declarations made by IMć pp. of its deputies at the Sejm, because it allowed twenty-and-five salaries for the first two installments coming already at the next relative sejmik sine abiuratis, then it allows ten salaries itidem sine abiuratis for the third installment, which Mr. Samuel Zagórski, according to the past relational laudum, should choose, taking the salarium for a grosz from the zloty, without demanding another salarium in the land. And since the retention and remainders remaining with various collectors, from which these ten sine abiuratis were to be supplemented, are not liquidated for the future tax courts in the Sanok region and have not been constat de quantitate for them so far, then whatever will be verified in the future retention courts in these courts, all these retainers have ad futurum usum conservari. 12. The tenement houses of the Sanok land of all cities and towns, excluding none, by Mr. Piotr Krasowski for the sum of half a third of a thousand zlotys. the lease was valid for a year, starting from the time of this lease until die prima Octobris anni praesentis and ending with ultima die Septembris anni futuri, and this without any defalcation. However, God protect the enemy of the crown and the air of plague during his lease, the land should compensate him for the damage iuxta ipsius iuramentum corporale. Therefore, from this money, the lessor promised to Mr. Maciej Stanisław from Unihow, Ustrzycki, the land deputy of Sanok, and the town mayor of Przemyśl, is to pay the sum of PLN to Mr. Maciej Stanisław from Unihów, Ustrzycki. I passed six hundred laudum marked by Wisninski. Also to IMci Mr. Alexander Leszczyński PLN. two hundred; moreover, to IMci Mr. Krasowski receives land of PLN. five hundred as compensation for the damages incurred during the Hybern expedition and the remaining sum of PLN. p. twelve hundred should be handed over to the said lessor at the disposal of the Sanok land and enumerated, declaring that the land will not accept any debts that the said lessor would like to make.
13. At the recent Sejm, other taxes were allowed for our lands of Lwów, Przemyśl and Sanok by their MPs. two of their deputies, and so on to the esakcyej of the new one, both the Przemyśl region and the Sanok region have already chosen exactors and the time to choose has been described; and the land of Lviv marks IMć Mr. Jan Kruszyński, who on 3 Novembris is to begin his exaccy in Lviv and finish it over four Sundays, however, praevio iuramento corporali super eiusmodi suam functionem, contenting himself with an ordinary salarium as other IMci Mr. exactors in these lands are marked. Therefore, we unanimously decide that the underground in all three lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok should be selected according to the common law of description, salvis abiuratis coram actis authenticis faciendis.
14. Since the Zydaczów land, due to the distance of the place and the difficult water and various crossings, had for a long time and until then had a succesor from the collectors of the Lviv land to collect all taxes, so Mr. Kroszynski, the present exector of the Lviv and Zydaczów lands, gave his succollector to the Zydaczów land iuratum for the collection of this insidious iuxla we have passed antiquum usum et consuetudinem b). 15. And since in the lands of Lviv and Sanok there is a strong retention at various pp. exactors, which are not yet determined by the decree, then in the same lands of Lviv and Sanok the fiscal courts are to be summed up, the time of which in the land of Lviv pro die l-ma Decembris and in the land of Sanok we submit pro d:e tredecima Novembris; and to adjudicate these courts priori laudo visnensi
