1. Actum in castro leopoliensi feria quinta post dominicam Reminiscere quadragesimalem proxima anno Domini millesirno sexcentesimo quinquagesimo nono. 2. Stanislai Rzewuski, iudicis terrae leopoliensis nuntii ad praesens ex conventu visnensi ad comitia generalia regni varsaviensia electi, solennem fecit manifestationem in e.i, quia ipse paratus erat regestra ad coaequationem in thesauro regni de terra leopoliensi et calculationem pertinentia recjpere et calculationem inire, verum quoniam gsi. contributionum administratores eadem renuerunt et sibi praestari recusarunt, ideo praecavendo hac in parte indemnitati sui manifestantis ac totius terrae solennem praesentibus facit manifestationem.
