councilors and officials, we gathered in Przemyśl, sending one of us to Wiśnia to the usual place of assembly, in order to find out if anyone was coming to that place for the assembly, then when we were informed that there was no one and that no one was promised, we held assembly in Przemyśl, the first city of our land, and we unanimously elected deputies to the assembly, Mr. Zygmunt Fredro of Pleszowice, heir of the Sanok land, and Mr. Andrzej Maxymilian Fredro of Pleszowice, knowing only these and not others as envoys. And that, having joined the Lviv sejmik, you chose two or three of them for your own private purposes, not caring about such a large density and gathering of the nobility of the local citizens meeting in Przemyśl, and based on your word, you chose as envoys, as we hear, and not according to time or place, in a field a mile from the city, assembling what a great praeudicium et gravamen our land is. Przemyśl recognizes from these few MPs in the election of the deputies, therefore, warning the entire assembly of our assembly in Przemyśl, we are protesting against them, without derogating from other lands and poviats of the deputies elected in quantum, in the election of our deputies elected in quantum. We do not have them as ambassadors, so we will not hear any reports from them, nor will it be accepted from us, only what those mentioned by Mr. deputies in Przemyśl, elected by us in the name of our land, will decide and conclude at the Sejm. So, having come to Przemyśl and having received the news that they had not waited or resolved for us in Wiśnia, they had elected assemblies and elected deputies, so we concluded our meeting here. 2. Seeing the sufficientiam and experienced dexteritatem of Their Fathers, who have sent envoys to our land in Wiśnia, we, too, approve and suffragia our Fathers, that is, we give them to Mr. Andrzej Stan, chamberlain of Sanok, and to Mr. Jan Stawski, cup-bearer of Lviv, together with other Their Lords. 3. And since we do not yet know what their concluserunt is, since the articles persuaded before the last Sejm did not have any effect in disrupting the previous Sejm, we summarize them in toto and we beg them to support their articles pari fide et dexteritate as at the last Sejm. 4. And since, novo exemplo, without us, these taxes were passed on us by their mayors and appointed collectors, and this on the praesidium of the city of Lviv, although summam necessitatem we see that it should be a border city, but we have no castles and strongholds in our lands, we all decided to supersede the spending of these taxes. 5. Which manifestation did we ask to present to our marshal in the city at that time? Things were happening in Przemyśl die decima
