1. We, the council, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the Ruthenian voivodeship of the Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok lands, gathered at the regional council pro die on May 22 to Wiśnia, make known to those who will need to know that, having received the information from the reports of the IMs of pp. our MPs about the information received by JW. IMci Mr. the Treasurer of the Crown, at the present two-Sunday Sejm, issued an extra-ordinary receipt against the law, which was valid even at the previous General Sejm, but that our voivodeship could not have such a great perceptorum et expensorum due to the disrupted sejmik, and therefore due to the absence of our MPs, due to the reason and information, quid damni respublica patiatur and to prevent such receipts from being issued at the extra-ordinary Sejm, we and all of them, together with the IMs, Messrs. deputies of all three lands, we will instruct our deputies in conventu praesenti publico solennem protestationem de invaliditate et nullitate of this receipt, God willing, at the next General Sejm, to declare in facie reipublicae nullitatem of this receipt, God willing, and bring the Treasurer to another account. 2.
