1. We, the hood judges of the Ruthenian Voivodeship of the Przemyśl Land, make it known to those who should know that by the laudum of our Voivodeship at the Wisze sejmik, unanimously passed, we have appointed Mr. Piotr from Siecin, Sieciński, a citizen of our land, as a cavalry captain of foot. Therefore, for the purpose of attracting infantry, we designate Starzawa in the Przemyśl district, which belongs to the same IM, Mr. Sieciński, from which the subjects of this IM, Mr. Sieciński, and those whom we promise to serve the Republic of Poland, are not to deprive of ordinary bread. 2. So that Mr. Sieciński does not have any obstacle to them, we urgently entrust our fraternal services to the grace of Mr. Sieciński, namely Messrs. and brothers. It happened in Przemyśl on the Wednesday before Saint Margaret, closer to the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred and forty-eight. Remian Woiakowski, marshal of the hood court.
