1. We, the council, dignitaries, officials and knights of the Ruthenian, Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok lands, gathered for the sejmik of the elective deputies according to the laws and customs of the Russian Federation, today, the fourteenth of the month [September], to Wiśnia. 2 We are making it known to those who will need to know that, having gathered for the assembly in Wiśnia, after unanimously electing our deputy and judge to the tribunal court, since the strict time did not allow for various matters due to this place and time, we unanimously agreed on a laudum and resolution only in some points. 3.
