1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the Ruthenian voivodeship of the Lviv, Pzemyśl and Sanok lands, to the general assembly of J. kr. Mci p. n. m. regarding the third flag, issued on July 27, 1660 in Wiśnia, submitted and unanimously dismissed, the assembly1) knows that we are doing this to whom it is due, that having come together today, having agreed to it, we have unanimously concluded an agreement and a laudum, the terms of which we promise to keep. 2. First of all, we have so far, with our greatest gratitude, attributed the fact that although so many different enemies in viseera reipublicae entered and left, most of them were almost torn apart by considerable damage and not soothed by our grief, but the vitalia libertatis remained unaffected by this divine providence, it must be all the more pitiful for everyone that by the past convocation, which the approval of only the Swedish pacts was marked by the senatus consulta, and the great history of the nobility of the praeudicium was marked by the senatus consulta, when the elders, Mr. and Mrs. the brothers who have their own noble status, excluso tertio ordine non immutata reipublicae forma mctant leges, especially the constitutions of the previous Sejm and us, impose taxes and levies without our consent, as this is from a separate rescript of J. Kr. We innotuit that even now, without knowing the consensus of the equestris ordinis, four taxes, excise duty, tenon duty, and other burdens specified in this rescript are established. Feeling that we live in aequalitate with them and that, by God's grace, we still remain in republica non transformata, as all these sancita and taxes are established in nullo fundaniento, in order to pass nocivam sequellam pro nullis to the nobility, we declare and seriously want to have them by separate information to them. to our MPs iniungimus, so that publico nomine in sinum J. kr. It is the duty of the depositor quaerellam, so that no more such sanctions and resolutions belonging to the Sejm are passed and that what belongs to them as a whole is not later usurped by sine tertio ordine. 3. The treasury should not be responsible for such taxes on which there was no consensus in the Sejm, so that it would not dare to issue any appropriations or divide troops into districts, so that if our land was to be damaged, it would deduct all the refund at the Sejm ad instantiam from the deputies or deduct it from taxes. As such, allocations are issued now, but they cannot have any robur suum and no one can claim them from us as we declare them not authorized by us. And if any branch of the pre-etest wants to burden such allocations, with the announcement and universal declaration of the land's senior official or castellan unanimi consensu et viribus, we will raise the three lands with a popular uprising, if necessary, and we will withdraw ourselves and prevent them from doing so. And on such a date, every nobleman, just like for the common militia, should appear sub iisdem paenis per qaemvis in officio caslrensi repetendis. 4- A as hot J. kr. Mc" p. n. m. about our troubled homeland with the constant care of the Lord's majesty and about common peace, the paternal efforts that have recently been made, especially in the happily concluded peace with the Kingdom of Sweden and the peace made clear, must arouse our impulses towards guilty gratitude and humble submission, as well as towards itself.

') The third flag and the convening of the assembly took place with universals of July 9 in Warsaw, dated C. San. 172 p. 1239 and Ibid. p. 1301.
