1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the Russian voivodeship of the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok, having come to Wiśnia for the sejmik relationis of the previous sejm pro quinta Maii, we arranged such a meeting among ourselves for further public defense. And since the highest priority for the homeland and the common good is that the resolution of the previous Sejm should be brought to effective and reliable implementation as soon as possible, we decided to implement it ad effectum with all our strength, adhering to the ad formam publicae legis defense of the Ordinance. And first of all, the wages of the troops dismantled of the former enlistment, which we hold in great respect, and which belongs to the land for three quarters of those detained a prima Novembris ad primam Maii, because they are very much needed for further meals, without which a soldier cannot stay in the field and have no further support, we want to calm down and pay out the taxes. 2.
