Dear Lord, we are gathered together according to the law to encourage the order of the popular movement, and we make such a declaration and resolution among ourselves regarding readiness for war. Since already at the recent general relationis of the Wisnian sejmik, as all lands in commune sejmiking, and our Przemyśl land, praecavendo, especially in our voivodeship, the dangers, under which recentissime ingemuimus, the order of the popular militia in spem, persuaded both the Colonel and the IMci of Mr. Messrs. elected cavalry captains decided, then and now, without completely abandoning our first declarations and laws, and our health, to pro integritate the Polish Republic and to defend all devovendo, in all matters related to the already decided ordinances of the Wisnin sejmik, with the issuance of the third ones from King.
