Przemyśl, December 15, 1648.| Audim of the landowners of the Russian voivodeship regarding land defense.
1. We, the council, dignitaries, officials and knights of the Ruthenian voivodeship of the Przemyśl region, came to Przemyśl together with the citizens of the Lviv and Sanok counties for the assembly pro die decima quinta decembris, in order to avoid the danger of traveling to Wisno from the enemy who is currently marauding in our land, in order to elect their brothers. God will provide a new lord to the parliament of the future coronation, therefore, seeing further dangers in our land, with the consent of all of us, in haerendo laudo of the previous assembly of Wisnia, which we unanimously adopted, securitatem domesticam, we adopt in this way. 2. First of all, we have the IMci universal of Mr. Przemyśl1) in modum of the popular militia in armis to stand where the designated place will be, still a week after the publication of the said universal, whose praesidium is the director or colonel, ob valetudin et aetatem of the IMci of the Lord of Przemyśl, supplere vices is the Mr. Chamberlain of Przemyśl2), or the one in defectu, on Whom will both of them agree on?
