Wiśnia, March 11, 1653. Article from the laudum of the Wisła sejmik.

1. The Land of Lviv itself complained to us and to our assembly of the Wisła sejmik that the secundum mentem laudi villages desertatorum et conflagratorum of the previous sejm

Miku Wiszeński, the city of Lviv does not want to accept juraments from subjects who bring taxes, and since the collector retains the ratione residuitatis salvam in almost every receipt, inferendo that in laudo per pestem sublatorum has not been added, therefore we, the authoritate of our Wiszeno sejmik, declare that juraments are accepted as in the lands of Sanok and Przemyśl. ad subsequentes contributions are to be accepted, and in the same way in the Lviv region, the city office accepted those that were celebrated both in the land and some in the Lviv city, without being called in dubium. It took place at the Wisła sejmik on the eleventh month of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred and fifty-three. Andrzej Stano, chamberlain of Sanok, marshal of the Wisła sejmik.

Wiśnia, March 12, 1653. Instructions of the Wisła sejmik to members of the sejm.

1. Instructions for the two-Sunday Sejm pro die vigesima quarta Martii in Brest-Litovsk submitted to them. to the deputies from our circle, chosen by unanimous votes, from the land of Lviv, IMci, Mr. Stanisław Rzewuski, sub-table of Bracław, and IMci, Mr. Piotr Ożdża, land writer of Lviv; from Przemyśl to the IMci Mr. Stanisław Koniecpolski, to the IMci Mr. Piotr Paweł Mniszek; from Sanok to the IMci Mr. Adam Dzierzek, starosta of Zydaczów, IMci Mr. Bazylein Ustrzycki to the land bailiff of Przemyśl from the Wisła sejmik. 2. Keeping a fatherly eye on J. kr. Mci p. n. m. about the whole rzptej in hoc concusso motu, onej votis multiplicamus, so that the long and happy reign of J. kr. The gracious heavens deigned to guide you, with the humble thanks of J. kr. Mci p. n. m. IchMć pp. our envoys that the regium pectus J. kr. Mci indesinenter curis reipublicae fatiscit, they will humbly ask you not to deign to in hoc afflicto statu rzptej dessertere. 3. As in every morning, all war enthusiasms are extinguished, and we have taken up the solutions to the difficult symptoms of our homeland, spent several years constantly on the soldier, spending our taxes on the soldier, our health for the whole country, twice with considerable loss and never rewarded, by carrying our brothers to the war square, we promised each other by the grace of God and the constant tenderness of J. kr. Mcci, that whenever we had a break pertaeso bello, or at least such a large number of the army adopted at the previous Sejm, we had the honor to stay in our homes, spending the decided taxes on soldiers from our province, that the number of this army was shortened in effect and, moreover, J. kr. You may kindly suggest to us that we should think of new war subsidies, almost ad extremum sanguinem, seeing that our subjects are subjected to the current exhaustos taxes and, above all, the indiscreet soldier's heavy and dense subsidies, have already so conquered our voivodeship that we need not only to impose taxes on our subjects, but rather on them themselves. Offerent then paratam promptitudinem nostram Ich M. pp. our envoys J. kr. We are ready to honor the good of our homeland with our own breasts, without giving up the uniform consent of other voivodeships in any way, and in full plenariam potestatum to their MPCs. We give the deputies the right to stand with a mass movement if there is consent. But seriously, their husband Mr. our deputies will ensure that we all stand in accordance with the ancient laws sine divisione belli, not to press ad custodiam corporis J. kr. Mci, nor hiding himself in the shadow of the posts, and if any of their Mci ex pio aflectu erga patriam joined the group, he placed under the rule of J. the King. He wants to play his part in the voivodeship along with his brother.
