1. We councils, dignitaries, officials and knights of the Sanok land, citizens of the Sanok region, following the universals as follows: J. kr. Mci p. n. as and JW. Marshal W. Crown1) in such a homeland will incite us ad restringuendum belli praesentis incendium using and following the announcement of IMci, Mr. Hieronim from Orzechowce Orzechowski, judge of the Sanok land for today, that is, on the 28th praesentis we gathered in Sanok, we made such a fraternity resolution among ourselves. 2. Recognizing our homeland in such serious paroxysms, we do not want to save it simply by our desire to save it and, almost inter tot fortunae insultus, we are ready to support pectoribus. However, as the boarding school considered our land a securitatem, and especially at this time, when robberies in the noble houses of our brothers increased so rapidly, we had to stay with the popular riot for a short time near our houses; primario, having agreed that all the citizens of the Sanok land pro die 3 Octobris near Krosno in armis, as they belong to the popular militia, should gather wherever God willing, because many of them come together, sententies to the same people as theirs. Considering our brothers (with whom we wish to have a pio in patriam certare affectu) towards this common expeditionary force, either by our own people or by sending mercenaries, we would like to omnino inixe rationes, so that we can also afflictis patriae rebus succurere and our houses a thorough providere securitatem, to which each of the citizens of the Sanok land nemine excepto will belong. 3. And we entrusted the interests of IMci, Mr., to the marshal of our circle, so that in our name all the brothers from our circle should be addressed to IMci, Mr. He wrote a heartfelt letter begging them not to suffer any more of these dangers, crimes and the taking of our substance, as well as murders from people who go abroad for this purpose and who go abroad to us to do such evil deeds, considering that during this time many of our brothers' houses have been looted and many people of noble blood have been murdered by these impious siccarios. So also for the release of those called subjects, with whom even the pathetic spolia are to remain. 4. And in order to provide an exemplum for this, we agree among ourselves that wherever there is an evildoer from any of the estates, whether royal, clerical or secular, whether he has been appointed or has a different status, he may be arrested and judged and punished as an evildoer according to his deeds. What every lord hereditary tenant or official should not forbid and replace such quovis respect. And even if the hereditary lord or the tenant of his subject knew what was wrong with such crimes, he himself should do justice to him or return him to the town and not have his estate. Ad extremum, that our present congress in Sanok is very necessary at this time, so that our laudum ab absentibus will not be given in dubium to nothing, we will all try, God willing, at the first good time of the Wisno sejmik and at the sejm, that this laudum be approved in everything and that all their citizens of the Sanok land, both clergy and lay people, as well as land tenants, J. kr. They both obeyed and did enough. 5. And to make this laudum more important and certitudo, we ordered the marshal of our circle to sign it with his own hand and deliver it to the town of Sanok.
