Due to this praeudicium of the entire government and an obstacle to justice, the judicial authorities, which constantly incur costs from their revenues and foundations for the purpose of administering judgments and carrying out executions, have been stripped of their funds, which has not only debilitated the brachium regale, but also the castles in ruinam and ruin, the books in which the securitas of the honors and substance of each of us have been destroyed. They cannot have safe shelter and custodiam actorum, but even wronged people do not receive justice and execution. Therefore, it is urgent that anything antiquitus be removed from the judicial authorities, so that all the goods and foundations that have long belonged to this altar of holy justice be restored, salvis modernis possessoribus tantum. 19. Displays and demonstrations in all provinces and lands, so that they may be present in customary places according to law every year. 20. Since our Sanok land always has a perpetual hostes in the house of night robbers, why do we have to constantly keep praesidium, and as we always coutribuimus with others for every need and spend taxes, so that praesidium land of our public govt, as it was before, should be provided. 21.
