The court declares this significant damage and deprivation of the civium, considering the privato motu with unbearable profit for the merchants, both the pretia rerum and the victualium, as here, in all our land, in favor of common and hood laws, and God willing, at the second session, the court will proceed to consider and decide with the municipal and sub-voivodeship offices.
