1. We, the councils, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the Russian voivodeship of the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok, to today's assembly marked by the present constitution and by the envoy, J. kr. Having arrived in Wisnia and agreed among ourselves in the publicis of our lands, we have decided laudum and we compliment our resolutions adopted today in relation to the points mentioned below. 2. And first, at the point about the tenon land of Lviv, we declare that although the tenon lands of Lviv are granted in laudo generali to the generale of WIMci to Mr. Zygmunt of Pleszów to the castellan of Sanok for the sum of twenty thousand and one per plus offerentiam in the arena contract, the exception of the city of Lviv is mentioned in that point, so that this exception did not pose any difficulties to the above-mentioned IMci Mr. our tenant, we declare that as all the land of the Lviv city and town, the city of Lviv itself will belong to the land of the WIMci Mr. Castellan of Sanok according to the contract signed by IMci Mr. Marshal of our circle. 3. And since the revision and rewriting of the Lviv land registers by the constitution and so many acts of our assemblies, persuaded and marked for effect, did not come to fruition, the laudo praesenti of Mr. deputies to the current accounts of the Lviv land assigned to them by brotherly obligation, so as to bring these accounts to fruition without any further delays or deadlines iuxta anteriora lauda. 4. Therefore, since there is also a) a large number of officials in our lands who were previously unheard of ex antiquo usu et legum dispositione, namely in the Zhydaczów district, we unanimously declare that such officials noviter creati ex officiis suis cannot claim votes among us and will not be able to have them with the officials of our lands. Which resolutions of our complcmentum cum laudo generali, as well as those that have been persuaded and agreed to be sent to the towns of our lands, we have commissioned the marshal of our circle to present to them. Given by the branch of our sejmik in Wiśnia, August 11, 1661. Stanisław Siciński from Sitno, subsędek of the Przemyśl lands, marshal of the Wisnia sejmik of the Ruthenian lands.
