1. We, the council, dignitaries, officials and all the knights of the Ruthenian Voivodeship, the lands of Lviv, Przemyśl and Sanok, come here to Wisno for the sejmik of J. the King. We humbly thank you that, in order to encourage the harmful dismembrance of our voivodeship and the division of the sejmik into different places, we hereby unite all our lands in their place according to the law described and the ancient custom established in Wiśnia.
