We do not have the original, only a draft of this document on parchment remains, which probably immediately received the corrections listed below. Whether a document with this content was issued, we do not know, but it is probable that it was written differently, because the same hand that wrote the draft, corrected it and then crossed it out with the same ink, wrote on the reverse side: Nullius valoris tantum propter incisuras, and indeed in one place the parchment is so worn that it could not serve as the basis for an official document. It is understood that there was never a seal. This design was apparently used to bind a book in a small folio, as evidenced by the remains of glue and the cutting on both sides.
