The parchment original is well preserved, but without a seal or strings. It is located in the archives of the Przemyśl chapter. pour. Courtesy of Fr. Canon Łoboś and, through the mediation of Mr. M. Błażowski, I am grateful that I was able to copy the original here. On the reverse side, there are several inscriptions, one in a contemporary hand, very similar to the original, reads: Cor et Coli (which certainly means: correclum et collationatum), the other, in an almost contemporary hand, gives the content of the diplomat. According to two other inscriptions, this document was covered twice: «• zemstwa przemyshiem feriu quarta post festum s. Annae mutr i-i Deiparae Yirgini.s Miriae prozima die videliceł 28. mensis lulii a. d. 1773 ad personalem ohlationein generosi Matthaei Filipowski castrensis Premisliensis subdele.gati iurati et illustrissiini episcopi PremisUensis pleni potentis, and again in the town of Sanok feria secnnda post festum s. Lucae evangelisłae videlic die 25. mensis Octobris a. D. 177'd ad personalem oblationem adm. mdi. Antonii Goliszeski in Odrzykoń curati This document was first printed according to the same original by the publisher mentioned by name in the magazine: Wiedza Ghrześciańskiej Prawdy (Przemyśl 1333. Rocznik L, issue I. page 100-104), then, not knowing this print, K. count. Stadnicki in the work Sons of Gediminas (II., 250 - 253) according to a copy from the Lviv tabula lihr. tcstamenłorum nov. 56 p. 155. The main errors committed in Prov. Baptism Pr. I am providing below in the notes, the rays found in the print by K. Count. I am not mentioning Stadnicki, because I have the original before
We do not need to worry about the printing itself, although it is careful, but not a very faithful copy.
This privilege was submitted for approval to King Sigismund I by the then Bishop of Przemyśl and Crown Vice-Chancellor Maciej Drzewicki, and the king approved it in Piotrków at the general convention on the fourth day after the next Reminiscere Sunday (February 27) in the year of the Lord one thousand five hundred and ten, in the fourth year of our reign. This confirmation does not contain, apart from the usual formulas and the details that the estates mentioned in Mary's document were also in the possession of the bishops of Przemyśl in the year 1510 (they are, moreover, their property today) and that the seal on the original was broken, anything important except for a numerous list of witnesses, which reads as follows:

Datum per manus eiusdem reverendi patris domini loannis Coadiutoris Gneznensis et regni Poloniae Cancellarii de Lasko, sincere nobis dilecti.

This approval was printed in its entirety in the Przemyśl magazine Wiedza Chrzęść Prawdy, year L, issue II, pp. 85-88. The number of witnesses in the approval is even more important because it shows which senators and other dignitaries were present at the Piotrków Sejm of 1510, which dealt with the Prussian issue and preparations for the Poznań congress with 1510.
