Pergaiiiinew document in Zakh nar. them. Ossolińskich no. 778. There were two seals hanging, which have become old along with the strings on which they hung. The handwriting of this document does not completely correspond to the time in which the document was supposed to be written, it is a handwriting resembling the second half or even the end of the 15th century. than the first fourteenth century. The shape of the document is the same as that of notaries. tall and heavy. Based on external features, this document could therefore be considered a counterfeit. However, in my opinion, the content does not indicate a forgery. Only one indication is not accurate, an error that is often repeated even in documents of undoubted authenticity. Therefore, I believe that the text of the document is not forged, but only copied later, which also seems to be supported by the spelling, namely Mączyaa and Gąmka with crossed out and written a. This copied copy was then given the appearance of an original by attaching seals. The fact that two seals were hung here is indicated by clear traces left from the strings, in addition to 6 holes cut out, three in a triangle. The document itself mentions only one seal.
