Mary, Queen of Hungary, gives the village of Kunzendorf to Józef Olach, Peter's son, and to Matthias, his brother, and to Mussata, his daughter.

Mary, by the grace of God, Queen of Hungary, Dalmatia, Croatia, Rama, Serbia, Galicia, Lodomeria, Cumania, and Bulgaria, Princess of Salerno and Lady of Honor and of the Mount of the Holy Angel, to all the faithful of Christ, both present and future, who will hear the contents of these presents, greeting in the Savior of all. It is indeed fitting for the Royal Majesty to consider the faithful services of her subjects, and out of respect for these same services, to render them consoled with competent benefices. Therefore, by the series of these presents, we wish it to come to the knowledge of all, how, after the most serene Prince, Lord Louis, by the same grace of God the most illustrious King of Hungary, Poland, Dalmatia, etc., our most dear father of glorious and praiseworthy memory, by the will of the Lord of heaven, by whose nod all things are ruled and disposed, was taken from our midst without male offspring, and we, by right of succession and order of birth, having happily obtained the crown and throne of the said Kingdom of Hungary and the scepters of government of our father himself, our faithful Joseph Olahus, son of Peter, from our Kingdom of Ruthenia, approaching the presence of our Serenity, having set forth his faithful merits and those of his faithful services, humbly declared to our Majesty that he had bought and acquired from the heirs of the late prudent man Conrad, called the scultetus of Ruthenia, a certain new village, which is commonly called Cuntzendorph, containing one hundred and twelve Franconian mansi, situated and located in the forest commonly called Poras under German law, namely Magdeburg law, which our city of Sanok enjoys, for a certain sum of money, and from the time of the said purchase he had persisted and presently stands in the peaceful dominion of the same village, humbly supplicating our Majesty from then on, that we might deign to exempt the aforementioned village from the service of the scultetia for him, and likewise to give and confer it upon his brother Matthias and his daughter named Lady Mussata, by the title of our new donation. We therefore, having heard the aforementioned most humble supplications of the aforesaid Joseph with royal piety, and having considered his faithful services, by which he first strove to please the aforesaid Lord Louis, our father, and finally us in all his expeditions and ours, submitting himself to diverse cases of fortune for the utility and expansion of our said Kingdom of Ruthenia, and still supported by the same fidelity strives to please, the aforementioned new village adjacent in the memorable forest of Poras, commonly named Cuntzendorph.
