XX vn with upwards of forty thousand. Without mentioning the Podkoraoran notes given here, of which, as we know from the previous volumes, there are very few fragments left from the 15th century. w, in this volume we have twelve different types of court acts, taken from several volumes. As you can easily see from the tables below, only five volumes were ordered and the notes were published here, while the rest of the volumes that were used remained in fragments. Some fragments published here could not even be paginated at all, such as the Lviv land deeds from 1456-58 on pagination. 489 - 504 published, out of fear that the falling pages would fall apart during this operation, because they were one mass compacted under the influence of moisture, and although some pages could be separated from the other and thus saved for the publishing house, these are fragments for which preservation has not yet been started. The lion's share of entries in this volume comes from the land acts of the Przeworski family from 1458 to 1506, there are 814 of them, taken from four volumes (I - IV) of these acts. It should be mentioned that it was published here omitted in Xm. In the volume of our publication, the Przeworsk land records from the years 1458-64 were found among the Przemyśl land records and are included here at the very head of the volume. The most diverse in terms of the divisions they contain are the files of the Halych courts, compiled here from the first four volumes; (the first volume of town acts and 2 - 4 land halls.) we have here not only land records from the years 1475 - 95 and town records from 1479 - 1489, but also files of bailiffs of land judges from 1473 - 87. Moreover, the land records of Galicia, as it turned out by their determination, could be divided into two types of books, namely the perpetualum from the years 1475-95, and the accionum iudicialium from the years 1476 to 1497. It is clear from this division of books, separated from various volumes of acts, that there was in the Galician zemstvo in the 15th century. century, the division of books is similar to that in Sanok only from 1521 (see the Preface to vol. XVIII, p. XXXIX), with the difference that the first section also included entries concerning encumbrances of landed estates (obligationum), and the second also included entries concerning estates in general, i.e. files also found in the section of perpetual bequests. From this we can draw the conclusion that it also existed in Halicz already in the 15th century. v. division of land records, although not yet systematic. From the books of the Bailiffs of Halych one can realize the great diversity that this jurisdiction was undoubtedly characterized by and derived from the information of the judges and the principals; These bailiffs even accepted entries regarding perpetual properties; however, it should be added that these entries were later entered into the land registers to obtain their undoubted power and importance.
Among the oldest court acts of the Bełzkie Voivodeship, the Bełzkie land registers have been preserved, with entries from the years 1439 - 1503 on pages 323 - 446. The Bełzkie town records are more fragmentary than the land records, as they were found only from the years 1465 - 79, while a whole volume of Busko town records from the years has been preserved. 1499 - 1506 given here on pages 451 - 481, and of the Lubaczowski family from the town there are only six sheets left, dating back to 1503,

they were placed here on p. 482 - 484. "The sextern was removed from among the Bełzki family records, and since it is not even known in general whether even one Lubaczów town book can be compiled from further volumes of Bełzki family records, this fragment has been left without an archival reference number and the custodians were not given when printing it.
In order to supplement the publication of medieval notes, this volume includes records of local and municipal acts in Lviv, which were not included in the publication in volume XIV. and 15th Acts. They were mostly taken from the Lviv Land Books, volumes 153, 164 and 165, in which, among fragments of various content, the above-mentioned types of acts were also found scattered here and there in disarray. In one of the fascicles of Lviv town acts, fragments of Lviv land acts were found, the pagination of which could not even be carried out and therefore they were printed without custodians.
