There are statistical positions, for example. that hunting in our time is an insignificant source of wealth. There is a political-economic view here, for example, that hunting is an insignificant and creative thought. There is additional tactical and legal information here. But all this is mixed up without proper accuracy. The author did not take the trouble to explain what hunting is, whereas this word is used very differently in different cases. So, speaking about the wild state of the country, we consider hunting as a trade, i.e. We are busy with all kinds of activities and everyone with their hearts can extract food from there. Speaking about everyday life more or less settled, we find that, like the land here, it belongs either to the supreme power, or to certain upper classes, etc. and so hunting becomes a property of the landowners. Here hunting, once a general trade, is limited to land ownership and moves into the realm of private civil law, as our author also talks about. But this does not end there, and the movement is established! doesn't stop. Hunting, which once became the trade of the entire population, has become the trade of certain classes or individuals, and, in this sense, in their right, their social position. In any case, the need for game, its products, moss, fluff. Meats will remain a common, constant need for the population. Meanwhile, it is hidden that private, personal law can be used to the detriment of an evil society and, left to personal arbitrariness, hunting can destroy evil breeds of animals and birds. And so there are restrictions on ownership of land, game and hunting. Can you limit our property rights, at least in the form of hunting? Of course, your laws come from the state, but they are divided according to the various rights that are established by them. Those laws that determine the interests of private individuals, and for example, the rights of hunting in the forests of these individuals, are civil laws; on the contrary, the laws that determine the country's means of defense, or the Form of Government, are considered state laws. The question is,

Where should the laws restricting private hunting rights attributed to the police belong in the west of Europe? To understand the name and meaning of such laws, we only have to ask, in whose interest do they limit the private right of hunting? Of course, not in the interest of state security, but in the interest of all living and all members of the people living in the country, or in general in the interest of the population, people, society. This is why we call such laws public, and the law formed by them, public law. So, according to our system, we would express the question of hunting in the following words: as in general rights. So in public law, every phenomenon of life should be considered as law. Hunting is also a right that is included in two different systems of law. Often, hunting is a property of every landowner and an integral part of the civil law of landowners; Frequent hunting is a trade open to everyone, and therefore called public right. In the latter sense, constituting the right not only of the present, but also of future generations, hunting for each current population is subject to restrictions, both in terms of production and in other circumstances, which must preserve the entire breeds of animals and birds useful for humans. Hunting, as a private right, is acquired, lost and protected, of course, differently than the right of trade and industry. The science of fishing and even forestry should be presented in such a way, no matter how strange such similarities may seem. We say that the trades of hunting, poultry, fishing and arboriculture, having as their subject matter things that are harmful, inconvenient, and often subject to complete extermination, necessarily call for the protective laws of society, for the benefit of all those who live and have the need to live in every generation. These fisheries are necessarily subject to restrictions based on the principles of Public Law. A completely different phenomenon occurs in crafts, of which objects are always possible.
